   Remote troubleshooting (call agent) Switch the power off and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power on the printer. Enter the service menu (see Entering the Service Menu for Service Engineers on page 315 ) and run the Pick Motor test. See 4.22 Pick Motor Test on page 353. After running the diagnostic, if the result is FAIL please follow the instructions of the diagnostic. The call agent should arrange a service engineer visit to change the Pick Motor Station. Onsite troubleshooting and solution (service engineer) Remove covers and check that the cables from the Pick located in the Bundle Board are correctly connected and not damaged. IMPORTANT: If any cable is disconnected then reconnect it, and power on the printer again to check whether the system error has disappeared. If any cable is damaged then replace the Pick Motor Station assy. Pick Motor Station assembly Make sure that the Pick path is clear. Remove any visible obstacles (screws, plastic parts, etc.) restricting the movement of the Pick Motor. Run Test Pick Motor to verify the Pick motor, and replace it if needed.
