Paper Handling Error: Roll Motor Malfunction

This error indicates a problem with the motor responsible for feeding paper from the roll. The printer cannot load or advance paper.

   Turn off the printer and unplug it. 2. Remove any loaded paper. 3. Inspect the paper path for obstructions. 4. Plug in and restart the printer. If the motor is faulty, service is required.
