Turn off the printer and unplug it. 2. Remove any loaded paper. 3. Inspect the paper path for obstructions. 4. Plug in and restart the printer. If the motor is faulty, service is required.
Check for paper scraps or debris around the roll spindle and feed mechanism. Sometimes, the clutch associated with the roll motor can fail before the motor itself. Ensure the paper roll is correctly loaded and not too heavy or stiff for the motor. **Part Numbers & Advanced Troubleshooting:** - Carriage PCA: C7769-60374 (24"), C7769-60065 (42") - Trailing Cable: C7769-60147 - Engine PCA: C7769-60384 - Formatter Board: C7769-60319 (check revision A/B) - Service Station: C7769-60374 **Diagnostic Procedures:** 1.
