This error indicates a problem with the motor responsible for moving the paper through the printer (the paper axis motor). It can prevent paper loading or printing.

Always ensure the media is loaded correctly and is within specifications. A worn platen roller can sometimes cause this error if the motor struggles to move the paper. Check for excessive friction in the paper path. Calibrate the media advance after replacing the motor.
