Turn off the printer and unplug it. 2. Open the printer and check the paper path for any obstructions or paper jams. 3. Ensure the paper is loaded correctly. 4. Gently try to rotate the platen rollers manually to check for resistance. 5. If the error persists, the motor or its components may be faulty.
Always ensure the media is loaded correctly and is within specifications. A worn platen roller can sometimes cause this error if the motor struggles to move the paper. Check for excessive friction in the paper path. Calibrate the media advance after replacing the motor.
