Check the CIS Y flat flexible cable to the Scanner Controller board. Run the 10901 Checks Electronics Service diagnostic and check if the CIS Y sensor status is OK. Replace the flat flexible cable. Replace the CIS Y element. Replace the Scanner Controller board.
