Remote troubleshooting (call agent) Switch the power off and disconnect the power cord. Remove the PHA Door and check for any visible obstacles restricting the movement of the Service Station. If there is a wrinkled mass of Substrate inside the Service Station path, clear the obstruction. Reconnect the power cord and power on the printer. If the problem persist the call agent should arrange a service engineer visit. Onsite troubleshooting and solution (service engineer) Remove covers and check that the cables from the Service Station located in Print Bundle board are correctly connected and not damaged. IMPORTANT: If any cable is disconnected then reconnect it, and power on the printer again to check whether the system error has disappeared. If any cable is damaged then replace the Service Station. Service station assembly Make sure that the Service Station path is clear. Remove any visible obstacles (screws, plastic parts, etc.) restricting the movement of the Service Station. Go to the Service Menu. See Entering the Service Menu for Service Engineers on page 315 and run Service Station Test to verify the Service Station and replace it if needed. If the problem persists, replace the Print Bundle PCA, see Print Bundle PCA (PBB) (2Y9H0-67017) on page 523 ·Print Bundle PCA. System error:
