Direction test for Scan-axis motor has failed.

Make sure media path is clear. Check Scan axis Motor. Check Power left bundle cable and connection to Scan axis motor and Engine PCA. Check linear encoder and sensor not bent or damaged. Run 06504 Check Scan motor Service diagnostic. Replace Linear encoder strip.
